The Villa must be returned in the state of check-in. Otherwise, a supplement may be charged to the customer.
A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of 1000 euros.

2nd deposit one week before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
Method of payment accepted for installments: Bank transfer or cash

The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site
Cancellation conditions and fees:
Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email to the agency
The cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the Country
The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to the agency
