The Villa must be returned in the condition of check-in. Otherwise, a supplement may be charged to the customer
A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of 1000 euros

2nd deposit 45 days before arrival : 60% of the total amount of the reservation
Payment method accepted for due dates : Bank transfer or cash

Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email to the agency
