The Villa must be returned as checked in. Otherwise a supplement may be charged to the customer

2nd deposit 45 days before arrival : 60% of the total reservation amount
Method of payment accepted for deadlines : Bank transfer
Payment method accepted on site during your stay : Cash
The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on site.
Cancellation conditions and fees :
Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email to the agency
The cancellation conditions apply with reference to the local time of the Country
The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation less than 45 Days before arrival : 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to the agency
